  PetroQuip Energy Services founded as a provider of tubular accessories.

• 2003

  Started our own manufacturing to improve delivery time to the customers and introduced our first sliding sleeve (2 3/8” size) to the market.

  

• 2005

  PetroQuip offers product line of premium sliding sleeves: 2 1/16” through 3 ½”.

• 2006

  Granted threading licenses: VAM-USA (VAM-TOP, VAM ACE, and VAM FJL) and JFE (JFE FOX and JFE BEAR).

• 2007

  The engineering department was increased to work on innovative technology for down hole flow control.

• 2008

  Expanded our Downhole Flow Control products to not only provide mechanical sleeves, but also provide hydraulic sleeves and support equipment offerings to enter the smart well markets.

  

• 2009

  Purchased down hole assembly and expanded our service offerings in make-up, testing, and encapsulation capabilities.

  

• 2012

  PetroQuip Energy Services opened its 2nd manufacturing and Operations facility in Waller, Texas.

  

• 2014

  Expanded product lines into the land market and offered a fully testable toe sleeve for horizontal multi-stage frac wells.

• 2016

  Established PetroFrac Oil Tools, a subsidiary of PetroQuip Energy Services to focus on land based technologies and integrated services.

  

• 2017

  Acquired a full length threading facility and moved it to Waller Texas to further support the integrated service business model.

• 2017

  Added HIS (Houston International Specialty), TMK, and Marubeni Itochu to the existing threading service licenses (JFE) to offer not only threading on accessories but full length pipe as well, strengthening the integrated service business model to the operator.

• 2017

  Introduced ShortSTAK, a new composite frac plug for the plug and perf market through the PetroFrac Oil Tools division.

  

• 2019

  Development and launch of ROGUE – a revolutionary composite frac plug utilizing flapper isolation.
