Torque and Testing

PetroQuip Energy Services offers in-house make-up and testing of components and assemblies reaching 70 feet in length.  PetroQuip can torque assemblies up to 12 3/4” diameter, and test your equipment with water or gas up to 30,000 PSI.   All of your fracturing technology and equipment can be delivered to your location in PetroQuip Energy Services’ supplied equipment baskets or crates, whether onshore or offshore.

Tool Assembly and testing capabilities:

  • Factory acceptance testing for internal products
  • Internal R&D testing
  • Customer R&D testing
  • Customer sub assembly testing

Assembly Torque Services:

  • Up to 70 ft assemblies
  • Maximum 12 ¾ OD
  • Maximum 80,000 ft-lbs torque

Testing Services:

  • Test up to 70 ft assemblies
  • Maximum pressures of 30,000 PSI hydro and 20,000 psi Gas
  • Temperatures up to 600 deg F
  • Test Bunkers to accommodate 1-4 tests simultaneously
